We do not ship stale, pre-packaged coffee that has been sitting on a warehouse shelf for months. To ensure you receive the highest possible cup quality, every single order is roasted fresh-to-order specifically for you before it ever enters a delivery truck.
Please review our domestic US processing and shipping timelines below.
1. Order Fulfillment & Roasting Timeline (1–5 Business Days)
Because we prioritize maximum freshness, all orders go through a meticulous preparation phase:

The Roasting Window: Please allow 1 to 5 business days for our master roasters to profile, small-batch roast, grind (if applicable), and degas your specific selection.

Business Days: Roasting facilities operate Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will enter the roasting queue on the following business day.

Tracking Status: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number the moment your shipping label is printed, though tracking data may take 24–48 hours to update as the carrier physically collects the freshly sealed bags.
2. Carrier Transit & Shipping Timeline (1–5 Business Days)
Once your coffee has been roasted and securely packed, it is handed over to our domestic carrier partners (primarily USPS or UPS) for rapid transit across the United States.

Transit Time: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your geographic distance from our US roasting facilities.

Total Estimated Delivery Window: Combining our roast-to-order preparation and standard carrier transit, you can expect your fresh coffee to arrive within 2 to 10 business days from the date your order was successfully placed.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Zones

We Ship Exclusively to the United States: At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, US Territories, or international freight forwarding addresses.

Standard Shipping Rates: We offer Flat Rate $4.60 Shipping on all orders and FREE Standard Shipping on every orders above $75 or on all subscription orders within the United States with no minimum purchase required.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes comprehensive tracking. Once your coffee leaves the roaster, you will receive an automated tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor your package's transit progress in real-time.
5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy: Please carefully review and verify your shipping address during the checkout process. We pull shipping labels directly from the text entered by the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect address inputs.

Marked as Delivered But Missing: If your tracking number indicates your order was "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors, building managers, or your local mail carrier first. If the package remains missing after 3 business days from the recorded delivery date, contact our support team at contact@coffizy.com so we can help you file an inquiry with the carrier.
